Please note that some products require Two Man Delivery. Free delivery is not available on products requiring Two Man Delivery.

One Man Delivery

Our UK Free Delivery Next Day Service consists a one man delivery service (TNT, Nightfrieght, BJS) to front door only. Drivers are unable to take these goods upstairs or in to lifts. Drivers are unable to call prior to delivery. Delivery is from 0700 hrs - 1900 hrs. Next day delivery applies to orders paid for prior to 11.00am and excludes weekends and bank holidays.

At the point of purchase please leave a contact phone number. On date of despatch we supply all customers with Tracking number and carrier contact number.

If you would prefer a 2 man uniformed delivery to room of choice please phone our sales office for details.

Deliveries to the following postcodes carry a £50.00 surcharge IV, KW, PA, PG, PH, KA, FK, DB, DD, ML, DG. We do not deliver to Highlands, Islands and N Ireland.

Two Man Delivery

Our UK White Glove Delivery service consists a specialist 2 - Man Team.

To ensure the safe delivery of your bed we operate a professional 2 - man uniformed delivery service to room of choice. All our products are supplied flat packed and will require home assembly.

At the point of purchase please leave a contact phone number. The carriers will then contact you to book a suitable delivery date which will be within 7 days. They will then call you the day prior to delivery to offering a 4-5 hour delivery slot.

Please note that if delivery is to high rise flats we can only deliver if a lift is in operation that will accommodate the furniture, otherwise we can only deliver to ground level.

RETURNS POLICY

Please thoroughly inspect all goods before signing to accept in good condition.
If in the unlikely event your new bed is faulty or damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receiving delivery. 
If we accidentally damage goods in the course of the delivery then our liability for that damage is limited to the repair or replacement of the goods.
We will undertake to either repair or replace the goods as soon as we possibly can.
Any damaged goods to be returned, must be adequately wrapped and any delivery and return costs will be met by us. We will offer you a replacement or refund, (Refunds can take up to 30 days to process).

Items that are not faulty or damaged but are unwanted (mattresses to be un-opened and not used) please notify us within 7 days of taking delivery. The return of these goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Please be aware that due to the nature of all vacuum packed products, if opened, they are non-refundable except in the instance of a manufacturing fault.

The following Admin/Re-stocking charges will apply and be met by the customer for unwanted goods;
